resignation to be filed in the Society as evidence of his resignation, and no refund of the contributions he has made to the Society will be made.
Reulation 14. Any member who has committed a breach of any of the following requirements, will on the complaint made by more than 2 members and on the vote of the majority of the whole committee, be dis- -missed from the Society, and no contribution he has previously made to the Society will be returned.
(a). Violation of the regulations of the Society.
(b). Injury of the reputation of the Society.
(c). Commission of a criminal offence against Chinese or foreign law. (d). Misbehaviour such as to arouse the contempt of others.
Chapter 11: Appendix.
Regulation 15. In addition to the above regulations, further particu- -lar regulations will be made in accordance with the commercial regula - -tions for the guidance of the Society.
Regulation 16. Additions and cancellations may be made from time to time
in the above regulations at a meeting of the members of the Society, when found necessary.
Regulation 17. The regulations of the Society will be enforced from the
date on which they have been approved by the Board of Industry and
Commerce.
